We had a few friends over for Cinco De Mayo and used a couple really simple recipes for easy entertaining.  We LOVE guacamole!  Some our our favorite guac spots in the city are: Rosa Mexicano, Mama Mexico, Hecho en Dumbo, and Mercadito.

    This looks amazing!! Another great one to try is Barefoot Contessa's guac recipe....delicious!
